Program Description

The general technology program at Snow College is perfect for students who have completed at least 30 technical education credits and wish to round out their education with some general education courses. Students may emphasize in business or information technology, expanding their skills and increasing marketability. Please note: This is not a transfer degree. Students who wish to continue to a bachelor’s degree should explore our TechConnect option.

Program Outcomes

Students who complete the AAS in General Technology will be able to do the following.

1. Students will demonstrate competency in applying knowledge and hands-on skills from technical disciplines to solve practical problems and support diverse industry operations.
2. Students will demonstrate the ability to adapt to evolving technologies and industry practices through continuous improvement and professional development.
3. Students will exhibit effective communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills expected in professional and technical work environments.
