Program Description
The accounting program at Snow College equips students with essential skills in financial analysis, budgeting, and the interpretation of financial statements. Accounting is a critical field for students interested in understanding the financial health and operations of businesses, organizations, and individuals. It is particularly well-suited for those who aspire to play a key role in decision-making processes by providing accurate and meaningful financial information.
Program Outcomes
A student who completes an associate degree in Accounting will be able to do the following.
- Professionalism. Students will be able to design an educational and/or career pathway that establishes a direction for their overall professional goals.
- Communication. Students will be able to deliver oral presentations that are customized for the intended audience, well organized, and effectively delivered.
